Promotion, Demotion, Firing [P.D.F]; Promotion
Giving promotions is a way to recognize the work that employees have been doing. Promotions must be given based on reasons, ie: basic work in base, work in exclusive units, well handled task. Personal matters, as in: personal relations, debt, blackmail etc is not be an acceptable basic for promoting someone. If someone is trying to force you to promote them, it's your duty to report it to an higher rank.
Stations:
No matter what station you are in, please remember. FTF is the priority station that should be filled.
If you are at helpdesk and the FTF is empty, please fill it in.
2nd priority station is the security then training and so on.
Training room may have standby trainers if the FTF and FTS are well filled in base.

Demoting someone should never be above a total of 4 ranks (usually they would get the hint if you demote them 2 ranks since promotions are so scarce - depending on division/rank) unless otherwise advised by a Supreme Command member or any higher of that rank.
You must be a High Rank or above to demote insubordinate staff (whom must be 5 ranks below you aswell).
You must have the approval of an iC staff in order to fire someone, unless they are a standard rank.
In an instance, some users shall be placed on suspension if they are valued at NSA but for some reason can not follow the rules and they are willing to do it the right way this go round but under strict monitoring by the foundation

Firing Permission
Some people strike for little/no reason. Maybe they had a bad day and every mistake someone makes ends with a strike or getting fired. Issue 1 strike per day to a specific person. Unless the case is extremely serious(i.e. such as trolling, arguing with HR+, etc.). This can stop others being fired for a unfair/ petty reason.
